A true Australian lunch special, made better with the crunch & popcorn flavour of Corn Thins slices

Ingredients

  • 2-3 CORN THINS slices
  • Vegemite (gluten free variant)
  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 tsp Salad dressing

Directions

Mash avocado in a small bowl & add in salad dressing. Season with salt & pepper if desired.Mix well. Spread Vegemite very thinly across each CORN THINS slice, then spread on avocado. So simple, easy & tasty for a quick enjoyable breakfast.
