Nut Free Xmas Bliss Balls

This delicious, healthy treat is not only good at Christmas, but great for as a healthy snack in the lunch box, or to refuel after the gym or exercise

Ingredients

  • 100g dried mixed fruit
  • 230g pitted medjool dates
  • 10 Corn Thins slices, roughly broken up
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp mixed spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
  • Desiccated coconut, to decorate (cocoa powder also looks nice)

Directions

  • Soak mixed fruit in ¼ cup boiling water for 10 mins. Drain.
  • Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in food processor and blitz to a thick paste.
  • Roll mixture into balls, about 1 tbsp each.
  • Roll in coconut to decorate.
