Chocolate and Peanut Butter Crispies

Ingredients

  • 6 CORN THINS Multigrain slices
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter – crunchy
  • 1 cup chocolate chips – mix dark and normal
  • Crushed peanuts

Directions

Preeya Alexander from Good Chef Bad Chef created this delicious snack using CORN THINS slices.

  1. In a bowl crumble the CORN THINS slices with your fingers.
  2. Combine with the honey and peanut butter and stir thoroughly to combine.
  3. Ensure a tray is lined with baking paper and place the Corn Thins mixture in the dish. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and then spread over the Corn Thins mixture.
  4. Sprinkle peanuts over. Place in the freezer for 2 hours until set.
