Love the prawn toast you get at your local Chinese, well you’ll love this, its super tasty, with a lot less fat, and the popcorn taste of the Corn Thins slices takes the taste to a super level.
Combine prawns, ginger, garlic, egg white, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small food processor, pulse until it becomes a chunky paste. Season with salt and pepper and spread evenly over 6 Corn Thins slices. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and air fry on 200ºC for 8 mins.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
