Dubai Chocolate Corn Thins Biscuit

This recipe layers rich pistachio‑tahini cream and golden, buttery kataifi between two CORN THINS® slices — bringing their signature popcorn taste and satisfying crunch into every bite. Dipped in smooth dark chocolate, these little “sandwiches” are fun to make, impressive to serve, and impossible to stop at just one.

Ingredients

60g butter

150g Kataifi pastry, separated and roughly chopped

250g pistachio spread

2 tbsp tahini

20 Corn Thins Original slices

675g dark chocolate melts

Directions

Melt butter in a large fry pan. Add pastry and cook, stirring, until golden.

In a large bowl combine fried pastry, pistachio paste and tahini. Mix very well. Divide the filling between 10 Corn Thins slices and spread to the edges. Sandwich the mixture with another Corn Thins slice, so you will have 10 “sandwiches” in total.

Melt the chocolate and dip the sandwiches to coat. Shake off any excess chocolate and set aside until the chocolate sets firm before serving.
